Fisher Island
The 5.6-acre Fisher Island shipping terminal has traded hands for $9.9 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
An entity named Miami Beach Port LLC purchased the site, which is located at 120 MacArthur Causeway. The LLC is managed by developer Harvey Hernandez, according to the Business Journal.
New ownership leased the terminal to Jordan Shipping immediately after the deal closed.
