A company affiliated with Jim Clark, who co-founded Netscape, has sold a Palm Beach home for $1.395 million, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. Clark already has a massive manse on South Ocean Boulevard. The property, which is located at 153 Australian Avenue, was purchased by local residents David Baumann and Henriette Meran, who reportedly plan to use it as a rental property.
