Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez sold his contemporary Miami Beach mansion for $30 million, netting a $15 million profit, TMZ reported.
Rodriguez bought the property at 4358 North Bay Road in May 2010 for $7.4 million and poured in an additional $7.6 million to renovate it, Miami-Dade County records show.
The two-story house has nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and an indoor batting cage spread across 21,700 square feet, according to TMZ.
The property also boasts a four-car garage, 16-camera security system and a Zen garden.
The house, which Rodriguez listed last August for $38 million, was sold to a celebrity who lives in Palm Beach, the site said. [TMZ] –Emily Schmall
