A shopping center in Fort Lauderdale, known as the Victoria Park Shoppes, has been hit with a $19.9 million foreclosure lawsuit, the South Florida Business Journal reported. A commercial mortgage-backed securities trust, represented by U.S. Bank file the suit against London Associates, who is the owner of the 69,437-square-foot, 83.5 percent occupied shopping center.
