EWM has been named the exclusive marketing agent for the Village at Island Estates project. The 148-unit community will be located on an eight-acre private island off of Aventura accessible by private bridges. EWM’s Scott Patterson will be marketing the property. Architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership has been selected for the concept and design of the project. Steven G will be designing its lobbies and common areas. — Alexander Britell
