Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches has inked a 1,200-square-foot lease in Coconut Grove, according to a release from Beacon Hill Property Group, which handled the transaction. The eatery will set up shop at 3423 Main Highway. Jimmy John’s has three locations in Miami — Brickell, Miracle Mile and Downtown — and plans to open several more outposts in the near future, according to the release. Beacon Hill was also tapped to handle leasing at Miami’s Bird Village Plaza shopping center in January. –Zachary Kussin
