Developers Property Markets Group and JDS Development Group’s massive condo tower in Brickell is about to hit the market, the Miami Herald reported.
Kevin Maloney, the founder and CEO of PMG, said the 750-foot condo building called Echo Brickell — which is slated to be Miami’s tallest residential tower — will start taking reservations next week to show potential buyers the site. (The tallest building in Miami currently is the Four Seasons Hotel at 1441 Brickell Avenue, next to the Echo Aventura site. It previously had a penthouse on the market for $15 million.)
International Sales Group will be marketing the project pre-construction. On Thursday, the marketers and the developers held a meeting with a group of Miami’s top real estate brokers, the Herald said.
“The caché of this building is certainly the height and the view,” Maloney told the Herald. The developers expect to break ground in July.
Carlos Ott is the architect.
As TRD has previously reported, Property Market Group’s other project slated to break ground in July, Echo Aventura, already has contracts out on 100 of the 190 homes, where prices range from nearly $500 per square foot to roughly $900 per square foot. [Miami Herald] –Hayley Kaplan
